Transforming and Awakening Your Voice: From Silence to Self-Expression
This session will take us to the 5th Chakra - the throat center. We'll start out the New Year with the confidence to express who we are and how we feel.
We will explore the throat chakra, the energy center that governs truth, communication, creativity, and the courage to be fully seen. When this chakra is blocked or depleted, we may feel afraid to speak up, unsure of our worth, or silenced by old patterns of fear. When it opens, we experience a profound sense of freedom, clarity, and alignment with our highest self.
In this deeply supportive space, we’ll gently unravel the layers that keep us from speaking our truth. We will work through:

Energetic teachings on the vibration of the 5th chakra

Guided meditation to connect with your inner voice and release past experiences of being unheard or misunderstood

Intuitive movement and sound practices, including humming, toning, and mantra to activate the throat center

Breathwork to open the energetic channel between the heart and the voice

Reflective inner work, including journaling to uncover your authentic truth

Heart-to-throat practices that connect emotional honesty with verbal expression
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your natural voice. As we move into the New Year, you’ll carry with you not only the confidence to express who you are and how you feel, but also the inner permission to communicate with openness, compassion, and strength.
