1-on-1 sessions
Private 1-on-1 sessions in Paula's office, via Skype or phone to help you work through your blocks, unwanted patterns and beliefs, fears and releasing unhealthy patterns in your life.
Power Sessions
There's power in numbers. Power Sessions (groups of 2+) amplify your progress because there will be more than one of you contributing to the dynamic results.
Couple or Family
Work through and let go of unhealthy issues, patterns, beliefs and fears together to promote new, healthy patterns and energy and heal together to uplift your relationships.
Corporate
Corporate Power Sessions facilitate change in the workplace to invigorate your employees to be more productive and effective.
Chakra Saturday Series
Every last Saturday of the month, Paula teaches 10 AM -2 PM in depth on a different Chakra, participants experience a Rapid Eye Technology Power Session, guided meditation, learn a take-home tool at her office. Pre-register $50 on Venmo.
Every 1st, 2nd, 3rd Saturday Paula teaches at Sacred Energy Empowerment Center 2 PM - 3:30 PM. She shares insightful information with a different topic every week. Participants experience Rapid Eye Technology Power session and guided meditation. Pre-register $20 on Venmo.
