Are you ready to create your Soul Statement?

Welcome to 2025 and my January Newsletter!

I don't know about you but to me this feels like it's going to be a year of great contrast.

It seems that turbulence, violence, uncertainty and instability will abound for the coming months.

AND at the same time, moving in what feels like a parallel universe or timeline, we get to embrace the greatest expression of human potential we have ever been able to experience.

It is a time to celebrate humanity and the journey of our Souls and Spirits.

More than ever, it is as if we are living in 2 worlds... The world of EGO and the world of Spirit.

We now have a unique opportunity to choose in every aspect of our lives, in every moment who we truly are.

So are you asking why is this unique? We've always had that choice. 

Yes, it's true we have always had that choice.

What makes it different now are the immense and ubiquitous changes taking place on the world stage and within our personal lives.

Humanity is entering a brand new chapter and it is up to us, individually, to write our page in history.

We get to ask the question "Who Am I?" and know deep in our bones the answer will determine not only the rest of our physical lives here, but what our consciousness will experience after our time here is complete.

So this Newsletter is an invitation to write a statement about YOU. A statement defining who you are at your core, knowing that you are planting a seed that will grow into the greatest expression of you as an eternal, indestructible being.

I wrote one of these statements 28 years ago and called it a Mission statement. I delved into my soul and wrote it as the truth of who I was at that time and you know what? 

It still holds true today. It is simple, short and I wouldn't change a thing. I will share it here with you below.

Mission Statement

I Am Clear and Present

Caring and Honest

with myself and others.

My Attention and Intention are

Strong and Powerful.

I Live in Gratitude for the

Divine Force that flows

through me and Surrounds me in

Grace.

I Walk through this World as

the Woman that I came to Be.     

Let's rename the statement that I hope you will all craft thoughtfully and joyfully by the end of this month.

Instead of Mission Statement, let's call it a Soul Statement - sound good to you? If not, name it whatever you want.

The important thing is to just do it.

When we find ourselves in the chaos of 2025 and needing a reassuring place to land, we will have our Soul Statements to anchor us. 

We will have these written words to connect us to who we are, why we are here and that we are capable of greater Love, Achievement and Wisdom than we ever expected.

If it works for you, use I Am statements whenever possible.

But remember this is not a list of affirmations, this is a reflection, and an expression of WHO YOU ARE at the core of your being.

You want to write this on paper instead of online; the act of writing by hand activates a creative process in the brain.

You may even want to frame it.

You may want to take a picture of it so you can read it on your phone whenever you want/need to.



And for sure read it morning and night. It will help you stay connected to your true self in this fast moving, amazing world we are entering in 2025.
