Time to Embody Your Dreams

Greetings!

What is REAL anyway?

There is no difference between real and imagined. We know if you imagine sucking on a slice of lemon, your mouth will start to water.

The brain sends the same messages to the body when you imagine something (especially in detail) that it would if you were physically experiencing it.

I'm sharing this with you because I have recently had a wonderful demonstration of this principle.

There is something I started thinking about, then having some fantasies and daydreams about, then really feeling it in my body until I embodied it.

And I felt fabulous! I could tell that my body was totally under the impression that this thing was really happening.

The bottom line is that it didn't even matter if it was really happening or if it ever would. All that mattered was how great I felt when I thought about it.

A by-product of this kind of experience is that it gives birth to manifestation. But... it's not about the manifestation!

It's about how good it feels to be in a state of alignment with a desire.

Because when you are there, you don't really care if you get the manifestation - you just feel so good that it doesn't matter anymore.

That means you get out of the way and the manifested desire organically shows up, often in unexpected ways.

It does take practice to develop a strong imagination, But I can tell you - it is so worth the time and effort.

Abraham Hicks, one of my favorite teachers, tells us that:

  • If you imagine something joyful → you practice the vibration of joy.

  • If you imagine something fearful → you practice the vibration of fear.

  • And whatever vibration we are holding determines our reality.

Imagination is much like attention. Whatever you focus on you become and/or experience, depending on how you feel about the subject.

This is where having a strong, clear 6th chakra can help.

6th chakra

The 6th chakra is also known as the 3rd eye. This chakra is about intuition, self image and, to a large degree, how we see the world and beyond it’s appearances.

Below is a list of ways to develop imagination and the 6th chakra.

There's also an offer from me in case you'd like help with this.

All this talk about imagination and manifestation reminds me of a message I received recently while in a coaching session with Pamela Bazel - you may have seen my email about her.

The message that came through was about HOPE.

Here it is:

Hope is not about getting what you want. Often saying "I hope" is really a way of expressing our attachment to a wanted outcome.

That's not hope. That’s need, desire, longing, control - it's lot's of things, but it's not hope.

Hope is holding a state of being that allows for alignment with the field of unlimited possibilities.

It's giving up attachment and hoping for whatever is the greatest next expression of the situation.

Imagination allows us to put hope into action.

Using our thoughts, along with our 5 senses, to step into that field and allow the unlimited possibilities to flow is a gift of being human.

Humans are creators and creation begins in the imagination.

Let’s circle back here.

Having a strong clear, 6th chakra allows our imagination to express a potential as creators.

If you’d like a Rapid Eye session to work on your 6th chakra or, even better, your whole chakra system, just let me know that you’ve read this email and I will give you the special rate of $97 to help support your creation process.

Many Blessings!

And here are some great ways to help develop your imagination through strengthening your 6th chakra:

🧘🏻‍♀️Meditation Focused on the Third Eye

  • Sit comfortably and focus attention on the space between your eyebrows.

  • Visualize an indigo or deep violet light expanding there.

  • Practice silent awareness or insight meditation.

  • Try trataka (candle-gazing meditation) to sharpen concentration.

Tip: 10 – 20 minutes daily builds noticeable clarity over time.

🌬️Breathwork (Pranayama)

  • Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) balances hemispheres of the brain.

  • Slow, deep breathing with attention at the brow center.

  • Breath retention (gently and safely) to increase awareness.

🔮Visualization & Inner Imagery Training

  • Practice guided visualizations.

  • Mentally rehearse goals or outcomes clearly.

  • Close your eyes and imagine simple objects in detail to strengthen inner sight.

🗒️Journaling & Self-Inquiry

  • Write down intuitive impressions.

  • Track dreams immediately upon waking.

  • Ask reflective questions like: “What is my intuition telling me?”

🌙Dream Work

  • Keep a dream journal.

  • Practice lucid dreaming techniques.

  • Review recurring symbols and themes.

🕯️Reduce Mental Clutter

  • Limit excessive screen time and information overload.

  • Take regular silence breaks.

  • Practice mindfulness throughout the day.

Mental clarity strengthens intuitive clarity.

💎Crystals Traditionally Associated

  • Amethyst

  • Lapis lazuli

  • Fluorite

(Used in spiritual traditions, effects are symbolic rather than scientifically proven.)

🎵Sound & Mantra

  • Chant the seed mantra “OM” (associated with the 6th chakra).

  • Listen to binaural beats in the theta range.

  • Use singing bowls tuned to higher frequencies.

🌿Lifestyle & Physical Support

  • Prioritize quality sleep (intuition strengthens with REM cycles).

  • Eat clean, whole foods.

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Gentle yoga poses, like child’s pose and forward folds.

🧠Strengthen Discernment

Opening the third eye isn’t just about mystical perception. It’s about:

  • Critical thinking

  • Pattern recognition

  • Emotional awareness

  • Questioning assumptions

Balanced intuition = insight + grounded reasoning.

⚖️Important Note:

A healthy 6th chakra feels like:

  • Clear thinking

  • Calm perception

  • Trust in intuition

  • Mental stability

If practices ever cause anxiety, dissociation, or overwhelm, slow down and ground yourself (nature walks, physical activity, social connection).
