How Are You Handling Change?

Happy June!

This month we change seasons along with all kinds of changes in our individual worlds and in the world around us.

We all know change is natural and normal but it sure does seem like we're getting hit with an unprecedented amount at lightning speed.

Life is calling us to adapt in a big way these days. In order to adapt it's important to clean up our limiting beliefs.

I see people everyday who are experiencing feeling stuck and heavy. We spend our time MOVING the energy and they are amazed at the powerful shift.

To feel Light and 'In the Flow' we need to move stagnant energy that is caught in our bodies and our field around us.

This stagnant energy often comes from limiting (core) beliefs that do not serve us but we just don't know how to let them go.

That's the work right now.

Look at your life and you will know what your limiting beliefs are. What doesn't feel good? What is not in alignment with your higher consciousness? What is limiting you?

Often we need someone who does not have the same limiting beliefs to facilitate and help us break free from our own story.

That's one reason I love my work. Rapid Eye Technology (RET) moves energy and releases the stuff in the brain that is keeping the limiting beliefs in place.

The Life Coaching aspect of my work is vital for identifying and changing limiting beliefs.

It's not unusual for me to spend some sessions doing only coaching.

I have discovered during my almost 30 years in this field that a professional coach can not only hold the space for you to set yourself free but they can also give you permission and safety to dig deep and find your TRUTH.

And yup! It's true - The Truth will set you FREE.

I recently had my own breakthrough with an amazing Life Coach. The work with her has inspired me to make Coaching more available to anyone who wants it.

We know coaching, like most things these days, can be very costly and for some prohibitive.

I've decided to make time in my schedule for a limited few coaching sessions.

This is a gift to you because I am only charging $39.00 a session.

It's my way of giving back. I hope you take advantage of the chance to make the change you want.

Below is an excerpt from William Bridge's Transition Model.

Please take note that he lists EFT as a way to navigate change. So many of my clients report significant support and shift from using it daily.

You just gotta DO IT! And it works!

Many Blessings!

Hope you find the info helpful!

With warmth,

Paula

Managing change—whether personal, professional, or relational—requires a balance of mindset, emotional regulation, and practical tools. Here are some of the best ways to manage change effectively:

 🧠1. Shift Your Mindset

  • Accept impermanence: Change is natural. Embrace it as part of growth.

  • Reframe the narrative: Instead of seeing change as loss, view it as opportunity.

  • Focus on what you can control: Let go of what you can't.

❤️2. Regulate Your Emotions

  • Acknowledge feelings: Validate your fear, anger, sadness, or excitement—whatever shows up.

  • Use calming techniques:

  • Deep breathing or meditation

  • EFT (tapping)

  • Journaling

  • Rapid Eye Technology (RET) or other release modalities

🔃3. Create Structure Amidst Chaos

  • Stick to routines where possible to ground yourself.

  • Set short-term goals to regain a sense of direction and momentum.

  • Keep a daily plan, even if it's just a few small tasks.

🗣️4. Communicate and Connect

  • Talk about it with trusted friends, mentors, or a coach.

  • Ask for help or support—you're not meant to go through change alone.

  • Share your wins during the transition to reinforce progress.

📚5. Stay Curious and Keep Learning

  • Educate yourself about what’s changing—knowledge reduces fear.

  • Practice adaptability as a skill: try new things, explore, experiment.

  • Journal insights that arise during the process—this makes growth tangible.

🌱6. Strengthen Resilience Practices

  • Self-care: Prioritize sleep, movement, nutrition, and play.

  • Spiritual or mindfulness practices: Stay connected to purpose and peace.

  • Gratitude: Train your mind to spot what’s working, even in difficulty.

⚙️7. Use a Transition Framework

You can apply this simple 3-part model:

STAGE

FOCUS

Ending

Grieve the loss; honor what’s passing

Neutral Zone

Be patient with confusion; incubate new ideas

New Beginning

Step into the new with intention, rituals, and vision
