Time for Spring Cleaning!
Do you know that different parts of our bodies hold different emotional patterns?
There is a frequency resonance that occurs between our physical body and our emotional body.
Quantum physics tells us the first layer of energy is the physical body, then a little further out and around the physical body is the emotional body, the next layer is the mental body and then the spiritual, or etheric, body.
So as you can see, the physical and emotional bodies are close together and highly affected by one another.
Are you a physical processor?
Do feelings, emotions and experiences have a particularly strong effect on your body?
Or do you process incoming data more from one of the other bodies?
Are you highly emotional?
Do you get stuck in your head?
Are you spending so much time in the etheric field that you find it difficult to be present here and function?
Or perhaps all four of your bodies are out of balance and life is just a challenge on all levels?
If you are chronically ill or have random pain and discomfort, or get exhausted for no apparent reason, or really wired and don't know why, you may be a physical processor.
Regardless of which field of energy is the most challenging for you, a good Spring Cleaning can work wonders!
To help prepare for our meeting in May, here is a way you can begin working with your organs (feel free to change or add any releases or reframes that feel good to you):
Begin by getting quiet for a minute or 5.
Then place your hands on an organ -- let's start with the heart.
Take a minute or so to connect with your heart. Feel it beat, send it love, send it appreciation.
Then release emotions held there.
Say quietly or out loud:
I speak now to my dear heart.
Together we now release fear, disappointment and grief.
Together we let go of heartache and hurt.
It is safe to let down the walls and let in Pure Light and Love.
When that feels complete for this time, then reframe:
Dear heart, I allow Joy to flood and fill you now.
I open you to give and receive Love and Well Being in the most beautiful ways.
I am filled with Love and Joy from the heart of the Divine.
My heart is open and I am safe.
In addition to that exercise, here are some additional ways to Spring Clean your Life:
Spring Clean Your Mind: Let Go of Mental Clutter
Just like physical clutter, mental clutter can weigh you down and distract you from being present. It’s time to clear your mind and nurture your mental health. Here’s how:
Declutter Your Thoughts: Write down any negative or intrusive thoughts that have been weighing on you. Acknowledge them, and then consciously let them go.
Mindful Journaling: Take a few minutes each day to journal. It helps organize your thoughts, process emotions, and bring awareness to patterns you may want to change.
Practice Gratitude: Focus on what you are grateful for. This simple practice shifts your mindset and helps you feel more positive and grounded.
Unplug and Detox from Technology: Set boundaries with screens. Reduce your social media consumption, and spend time away from the digital world to reconnect with yourself and others.
Spring Clean Your Habits: Reevaluate & Refresh Your Routine
Spring is a great time to assess your habits and routines. Do your daily habits support the life you want to create? If not, it’s time for a change!
Break Free from Toxic Habits: Identify any habits or behaviors that are no longer serving you—whether it's procrastination, negative self-talk, or unhealthy coping mechanisms—and replace them with healthier alternatives.
Set New Goals: What do you want to achieve in the coming months? Set realistic and exciting goals that align with your values and aspirations. Break them into smaller, manageable steps and celebrate your progress along the way.
Incorporate Healthy Routines: Create routines that prioritize your well-being. Whether it’s a morning meditation, a 10-minute stretch after work, or committing to cooking at home more, these small adjustments can lead to big improvements.
Spring Clean Your Relationships: Nurture Positive Connections
Relationships can either lift us up or drain our energy. Spring cleaning isn’t just about physical and mental space; it’s about nurturing the connections that matter most to you.
Set Boundaries: Evaluate relationships where you might need to establish clearer boundaries. Be intentional about the time and energy you give to others.
Let Go of Toxic Relationships: If a relationship is consistently draining or negative, it may be time to distance yourself. Surround yourself with people who support and uplift you.
Reconnect with Loved Ones: Reach out to friends or family members you haven’t spoken to in a while. A simple check-in or heartfelt conversation can revive meaningful connections.
Spring Clean Your Health: Refresh Your Mind and Body
Good health is the foundation of a vibrant life. Spring is the perfect time to check in with your physical and emotional health.
Reevaluate Your Diet: Spring offers fresh fruits and veggies—embrace a lighter, healthier way of eating. Add more colorful produce to your meals, and reduce processed foods.
Get Active: As the weather warms up, find ways to get moving. Go for walks, try a new sport, or engage in a fitness class. Regular exercise helps reduce stress and boost your mood.
Prioritize Sleep: Sleep is critical for overall well-being. Aim for a consistent sleep schedule, and create a relaxing bedtime routine to ensure restful nights.
Emotional Well-Being: Take time for activities that nourish your soul—whether it’s spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, or indulging in a hobby that brings you joy.
